Glenn Kachmarsky is Vice President – Personal Property Tax Services of International Appraisal Company. Glenn earned his Bachelor’s degree in Urban Systems/Planning in 1978 and his Masters of Business Administration degree in Accounting and Taxation from Fairleigh Dickinson University in 1984. He has over 35 years of corporate tax and accounting experience including 20 years in property taxes. Prior to joining International Appraisal Company he worked for Mercedes-Benz of North America and Russ Berrie and Company. Glenn joined International Appraisal Company in 1994 and oversees the company’s property tax compliance group, which manages the personal property tax function for many major corporations. Over 15,000 personal property returns are filed on an annual basis for clients in the manufacturing, retail, leasing and service industries. The personal property group also conducts property assessment reviews, reverse-audits, files tax appeals and testifies at assessment board hearings. Glenn is a member of the Institute for Professionals in Taxation and American Society of Appraisers. He is also a licensed Texas Property tax Consultant.
