Ross has a Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering from St. Petersburg, Russia and an MBA in Finance and Real Estate from the University of Connecticut. His background includes work as a construction supervisor, building equipment engineer and real estate appraiser. Ross joined International Appraisal Company in 1993 and is experienced representing taxpayers and testifying as an expert witness before Courts and Tax Appeal Boards in 25 states on a wide range of properties including shopping centers, warehouses, industrials, offices, restaurants, banks, and bowling alleys. Ross is an MAI Candidate of the Appraisal Institute and a Certified Tax Assessor in the State of New Jersey.
