Bill Carroll joined IAC in 1990 with vast experience as a real estate consultant and appraiser. He oversees IAC’s client properties in New England as well as West Virginia, Maryland, Delaware. Previously, he worked with one of the top five revaluation firms in the State of New Jersey responsible for defending values of commercial and residential properties in the mid-80s. Carroll has completed courses through the Appraisal Institute and the American Society of Appraisers and currently is a New York State Certified General Real Estate Appraiser. He is a candidate in the American Society of Appraisers.
